What is a Snail Mail Club?
In a world where most communication happens through screens and notifications, Katz Cottage Post is a snail mail club that brings back the simple joy of receiving something thoughtful in the mailbox.
Each month, members will receive a carefully curated envelope filled with small paper goods and thoughtful touches. These may include handwritten letters, themed stationery, journal prompts, recipe cards, art prints, playlists, or other cozy surprises inspired by nature and the changing seasons.
When will I receive my monthly letter?
We will send out our Katz Cottage Post monthly letter by the 21st of every month. You should expect to receive your Post within 3-8 days.
Please note, snail mail is at a slower pace. If you feel like your letter may have gotten lost along the way please do not hesitate to reach out to us via our "Contact Us" page.
What if I need to cancel my subscription or change my address?
Using our "Contact Us" page send us an email and we will end your subscription or change your address. Make sure to email us prior to the 15th of the month so we can make adjustments prior to sending out the current month's letter.
What if I didn't get my letter?
If your Katz Cottage Post doesn't arrive, please reach out to us via our "Contact Us" page and we will make it right. We can either resend you a new letter or refund you for the current month.
Sometimes letters do bounce back to us. If that is the case we will resend them as quickly as possible. Keep in mind if you sign up before the 15th of the month, you'll receive that month's letter. If you sign up after the 15th, your first letter will arrive the following month.
What countries does Katz Cottage Post deliver to?
At this time we are only shipping to the United States. We plan on expanding this in the future.
